Minimum GPA: 3.0
Current full-time undergraduate student at the Leeds School of Business
Graduation date: May 2018

Submission Materials:

1) Self-Nomination Letter
How have you made an impact to enhance the student experience during your time at Leeds? Please state why you are applying for this award and include any relevant organizations, activities, etc. you have participated in while attending Leeds.

2) Current Resume
You may also include a cover letter in addition to the resume.

3) Contact Information for Peer Recommendation
Please provide the full name and email address of an individual of your choosing. This person will be contacted by Leeds Council and asked to submit a formal recommendation letter.

Please submit all materials by 5pm MST on March 26, 2018.
Peer recommendation templates will be sent to your designated recommender within 24 hours of this submission.
Formal peer recommendation forms must be submitted by 5pm MST on March 30, 2018.
